What types of lawn programs do you offer?

We offer three lawn care programs to ensure the best possible results for your property. Select the program that fits you best: Basic Lawn Care, Premium Lawn Care, or Soil Smart Lawn Care.

To provide you with a quote for one of our lawn care programs, we need to measure the square footage of the grass area of your property. We can make this calculation simply from your address.

You can be home for your first visit; however, it is not necessary for you to be home for us to complete your service successfully. If you would like to be present to discuss your property layout or specific areas of your property for our team to avoid, for example, Gardens, Gates, Fences, or Ponds, you most definitely may do so.

It is best to make sure that your lawn is clear of leaves, children’s toys, gardening tools, or pet mess,’ to ensure that our technicians can provide a proper application in a safe manner.

If we apply any type of weed control, please wait 24 hours to mow your lawn to maximize complete efficiency. When only granular products are applied to your lawn, there are no mowing or pet restrictions after this type of service. Our technicians will communicate with you, about any other types of restrictions that are necessary.

Our lawn programs include six property visits. You should expect to see us for your lawn treatments every 4 – 6 weeks, typically beginning in March and extending through November.

Our products will take additional time to dry completely in the early spring and fall due to the cooler temperatures. During the warmer summer months, our products will dry faster.

When rain is in the forecast, we often add a sticking agent to our weed control product. This helps to keep the product on the plant even with the rainy weather. It is important to give the product time to work in the plant.

What types of pests do you treat?

Our Quarterly Pest Control Program provides coverage for the following pests: Ants, Spiders, Stink Bugs, Centipedes, Millipedes, Fleas, Silverfish, Hornets, Mice, Yellow Jackets, Carpenter Bees, Wasps, Crickets, Pantry Pests, Boxelder Bugs, Voles, Rats, Cockroaches.

We do not treat the entire property; however, we focus on and treat your home’s foundation. This strategy builds up a strong exterior barrier and limits various pests from entering your home.

The first time we visit your home, we ask you to gain access to the inside of your property. Our goal is to inspect interior areas and, with your approval, apply control materials where needed.

Your family’s safety is our primary concern. Our licensed technicians apply all materials according to the specific label’s instructions. When materials are used professionally with the proper equipment, the risk of exposure to your family is far less than you would create with most home remedy efforts.

Preparation for your first pest control visit varies depending on the type of pest infestation that you might have in your home.

Our quarterly pest control program includes three warm-weather visits during the spring, summer, and fall- consisting of thorough inspections and treatments to the exterior of your property and exterior rodent control.

While some pests are easily and quickly controlled, others may take repeated efforts to manage. Our pest control program is designed to control and manage these pests and if they return to your home between visits, we will return at no charge to solve your pest problem.

Yes, we have a six-visit program that treats ticks and mosquitos from the spring to the fall. This program reduces the population of these pests on your property. We treat the areas where they most commonly rest, such as shrubs, ground cover, low-hanging branches, eaves, and overhangs.
